Scroll down for the video clip. I am talking about the first group of girls, not the "Amazon girls" (ones in the black lycra). Are they what is called 'skinny fat'?
Because honestly, I think they look fine and healthy. They don't look skinny and flabby, yet they don't have the muscles of the "Amazon girls" (I'd like to be somewhere in between).
One of the girls from the 1st group says "I only do cardio x3 a week...I don't want to look like a man". Pretty silly comment, but it seems that a lot of girls that look like the girls in the 1st group (including some of my 'hot' friends..well guys think they are) seem to do 1 hr of cardio a day and eat very little. Yet they don't look 'withered away' and too skinny....so I don't know if they would constitute as 'skinny fat'??! If I follow that advice (do cardio and eat less), I end up looking too lanky (my limbs) and still have quite a bit of a belly!
If you read the article, it's pretty interesting to see what the 'average' woman considers a 'bulky' female. So yea...the 1st group of girls: are they 'skinny fat'?

I wouldn't call them skinny fat. But I was suprised that a lot of women would consider Swank or Biel as too bulky. I would think them to be about "ideal".
