    strech marks on Traps?

Is it possible to get stretch marks here? have never seen it before but have some red lines on my traps. Thought they were from Squats but haven't squatted in two weeks (only front squats).

Anywhere where there is skin... but the likelihood is low. As for your current marks, can't tell you unless there is a pic.

I just posted a similar question in another thread.

For me, any exercise with pads on my shoulders gives me "temporary" stretch marks.
Machine squats with pads on the shoulders, or standing calf raises with pads. I don't know if they are stretch marks, but I get red marks around my shoulders that usually last a couple of days.
I stopped doing those exercises to avoid them.

Did you happen to do something like that?

Those are bruises, not stretch marks...

Yea probably cause I did standing calf raises today. Never thought of them as bruises cause they are long and thin but probably right.

    Thanks all

The pressure is applied to the highest surface of your body, which will either be your traps or your bone. Since the area isn't flat, you'll get uneven bruising.
