Hello!

I'm new to this forum and decided to get rid of my bulky-look.
I started to gain weight some years ago after ended my active basketball career. After this I have had ups and downs with my weight bouncing between 231 lbs to 198lbs . Till last august I used to train at gym 2-4 times per week and was in quite good condition. Then I started study and 2 new jobs which took my all time which I now admit I used as excuse .
I have maybe trying to push too hard with cutting calories but still have lost nice amount of weight . I'm on a low carb diet (40/20/40) and have been cleand my eating. I've been eating 1200-1600 calories per day. In 3 weeks I have lost approx. 14 lbs.
I'm doing cardio 5x per week atleast 20min. I just started also a PVX Meltdown cycles for 4 weeks.
Next phase I'm going to add way more cario and propably weight training. My goal is 198lbs at the end of June and during the summer and autum to 185lbs.
Have someone here done over -1000 calories diet and how have you suceeded?
I would like to hear your opinions if I'm doing it totally wrong. And tips and tweaks are always more than welcome!!
