Only thing you need to remember to do is to brine the chicken if it's not already brined.

I can eat chicken with nothing else on it as long as it's brined it tastes decent.

Take pound of chicken breasts (Thawed)

Add 1 tablespoon salt to 1 cup water (my preferred amount, vary to your own tastes) and add solution until chicken is submerged.

Wait 45 minutes (put the chicken in the fridge, dat dere salmonellas)

Proceed as normal. You'll have the juiciest chicken breast you've ever had. For spices i prefer a myriad of stuff, usually some combination of the following:

    Black Pepper
    Cayenne Pepper
    Chili Pepper
    Garlic/ Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
Mrs Dash's Tomato Basil Garlic (YUM)
    Oregano

You shouldn't need to add salt to the already brined chicken breasts. Gl

Well these also sound much better than the way I do 'em at the moment so think I'll give them a try too.

    Currently:
    Take pack out of freezer
    Defrost chicken breast in microwave
Open can of garden peas, place in bowl and cook in microwave
Cook chicken on the George Foreman
Put them together on the plate and tuck in.

    Bland as you like.

Whats the calorie count on this baby?

Anyways, after you add all of the stuff in step 3 in like a bowl or something and put the breast in there, can you marinate it with that stuff and then chuck it on the grill?

I know this sounds like im breaking the rules but I actually bread my chicken and make chicken cutlets. Yea it adds about 100 more calories per 4oz but its delicious and an extra 100-200 calories is no big deal as long as you're within your daily deficit.

Get a nice marinade (Tandoori, Jerk, etc etc.)
Marinate chicken overnight in marinade paste and plain yogurt + your choice of spices
Grill / Broil and make sure u put enough oil so that it doesn't dry out.

Enjoy with onions, lemon, salad (pic is tandoori chicken)

Coat with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, and any flavor of Mrs. Dash or other spices/herbs.
    Grill, pan fry, or bake.
Serve with brown rice and roasted vegetables or baked sweet potato.
Or chop it up and serve on top of chopped romaine lettuce and sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.

    Hey dukend,

    I don't like waiting either!

Here is my recipe for the OP.

-Spray George Foreman grill with olive oil spray can
-Put some Montreal Chicken (25% less sodium) on the grill with some
    black ground pepper
-Add 12oz Chicken breast, skinless with some chives on it
-Heat up the grill a couple notches over medium to cook it juicy and then
in the last 2-4, i raise the heat to have that seared grill look on the chicken lawls.
-Heat up a microwaveable bag of veggies to steam 'em (takes only 3-4 min)
-EAT a 600 calorie meal that will keep you full.
    -Only takes 15-20min
    -Eat berries for dessert

    Hope this helps

    -Shin0bi1

Or even a more simple way to cook chicken, Add water to pot, add chicken to pot, cook until done. Simple and you cant burn it.

Yup, and unsurprisingly it's hardly packing flavour. Just about palatable would be a fair description of how it ends up so some of these ideas will definitely be getting tried out.

Grill chicken sprinkled lightly with seasoning salt + add BBQ when done (unless on a BBQ grill just add everything at once)

    ORRR
cook chicken breasts in oven along with a can or two of condensed chicken soup
(keeps it super moist + flavor is amazing)

I usually cook my chicken breast in water, about 4 lbs at a time or so. Poach instead of boiling, seems to come out more tender. Afterwards I add different flavoring (hotsauces, Mrs Dash, etc.) if desired.

go through your cupboard and grab the most appealing seasonings such as garlic granules, onion salt, italian seasoning, lemon pepper etc...
Cut and weigh your portion, season them till they are well coated...
Grab ya griller or skillet or BBQ, spray with PAM spray and cook. I now add some taco seasoning ontop and a dash of water as its cooking, so yumm for extra flavouring.

Squeeze some lemon on top! ENJOY
