Hi bodybuilders,
I've been reading a long period of time here, just decided to sign up!
Let me introduce myself! My name is Carmen, 15 years old from Holland and I'm lifting 1.5 year now. My motivation to train as hard as I can came from my brother. He introduced me to the weights and since day number 1 I was hooked. Never thought I would love it this much!After 6 months I started prepping meals and was getting more dedicated day by day, wouldn't wanna have it any other way. Thanks to Bodybuilding.com and Dutchbodybuilding I learned alot about training and nutrition, so before I began with liftin' weights I perused alot so I didn't have to wasted time on not knowing how to train or what to eat
Besides lifting I also play tennis at a high level, so unfortunately I have no choice but to do cardio, even when I'm bulking so I always compensate that with like 1500 kcals more than an avarage girl of my height (1.71m)+ weight (58 kg) who's bulking

Keep up the great work! I played tennis in high school, I miss playing, now none of my friends in real life want to do anything involving running lol.
