I trawled through that damn thing twice
Koyongi: I am going to accomplish this by following a haphazard training system, and forging elite fitness.

Don't let anyone tell you that the internet has all the answers. So many mixed answers. Go to amazon and type in 'best powerlifting books.' You'll get top 10 results

I feel that a dictionary is the best book for powerlifting. It's good for grip.

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you edit your post now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will neg you.

never read any books, i recommend a lot of things tho

    t-nation articles
    westside barbell articles
    wannabebig articles

I used to know of more places to read from than that, but you are gonna want to use google and be very very creative with the different things you search for. im talking about thinking up thousands of different searches about every question you can think of.

you will find the best information you can find will often be from members on forums, because every question you can think of has been asked and answered over and over
