Anything between 10-15% is fine, the lower the number, the harder the ramping becomes (especially in later weeks).

While cutting (now), I tend to run it at 15% to be sure I can hit my targets and PRs. When bulking or recomping and I have some more energy and drive, I'll happily drop it to 12.5 or 10%.

Start with 12.5% and adjust up or down if you need to, it won't effect much.
When I go hunting, I just stare at the deer.
They follow me home and climb into my freezer.

The first time I ran it while bulking, I managed to get 11 weeks total (so 7 weeks of PRs). I am now running it while cutting, and I am on week 6 now (two weeks of PRs). I expect to run it for less time this go before I need to reset .. but hitting any PRs while cutting is good **** in my opinion.
