    UPDATE

    deloading before the cycle now, so not going to bother posting the workouts. deloading makes me feel like ****. Down to 200lbs now for some reason, proly not enough water and i have a cold atm. Starting cycle on monday IF im recovered from my cold, otherwise ill push it another week.
