This is a basic template for chest day
BB bench press 3-4 x 4-6 tempo 3/0/1
Incline db 3 x 5-6 tempo 6/0/1 (yes, 6 second negative)
Cable flies 3 x 7 - 8 tempo 2/4/1 (hold at 4 sec at bottom for stretch)
BB bench press 2 x 30-40 tempo 1/0/1 no lockout
Incline bb bench 1-2 x 30-40 1/0/1 no lockout
cable crossover 1x30-40 1/0/1
**** gave me crazy results when i ran many months back
