It's like the heavier I squat the tighter the ass gets but man at the same time its getting more muscluar and bigger and im around 80 kg's and most of my weight is in my lower body, my girlfriend was like I'de like your ass if it's smaller it's like large. So do you I have to drop some weight in order to make it smaller or should I squat with higher reps?

My squat isn't even impressive and my butt is starting to get big lol. When I started training seriously at the start of this year I could fit into size 34" jeans no problems. I soon outgrew them and had to buy some 36" jeans. I've now outgrown them as well. And it's not only my but getting big, its my quads. I have a pair of size 38" jeans and around the waist they're too big, but around the quads they're tight as sh!t. I blame all the skinny poofs around these days

What exactly does "squat butt" look like? I mean really, no one here has shown before and after pics as an example. Honestly I think it doesn't exist. I think it's just the excuse that some 160 pound wannabe bodybuilder uses so that he doesn't have to work legs and can spend all of his time in the gym curling

Don't give into her. Flaunt your ass in her face at every opportunity. Then use your squat and deadlift power to convince her to respect the lifts and the powerful ass. Of course you do this by preceeding to **** her living brains out.
I could never understand any girl who couldn't respect a good heavy squat. Here in India no one squats, no one powerlifts for that matter entirely. They just sit around lifting weights isolation style in 12-10 range for 3 months of the same weight and concentrate on growing slow ass puffy looking baloon muscles, they can't crank out one rep without a spot if they increase the weight 5 kgs. Then I walk in, half their size and lift twice as much as them at least on lifts, and squat 180kgs, which may not seem too much for y'all, but in my gym no has ever seen anyone do anything like that.
But back on topic. I ****ing love squats, ****ing love em. Once I started doing them, my body started reacting so positively. Everything tightened up, my strength on every lift and my mental toughness went through the roof, the entire body felt rugged and invincible. The mental high you get from a great set of squats is unparalleled by anything else I've experienced.
Not everyone can heavy squat. Its not for the faint of heart. It is a gift to be able to do that. It should not be given away.Last edited by manveerflora; 05-21-2010 at 09:12 PM.

If you want a smaller butt then you'll have to stop exercising your glutes. Only do leg extensions and maybe some wide stance leg presses for hammies. Don't ever do squats or deadlifts. Wear thong underwear every day and spend 10 minutes looking at your glutes in the mirror to make sure they're getting smaller, and get the FLUCK OUT of the plifting section.
