Just want to make sure you are all aware of this major post with pics of Freaker on bbing.com Freaker is one of the most knowledgable guys on this or any other forum. He is willing to experiment and try out new training and dieting methods which puts him a step above the rest, and I'm sure accounts for his great natural physique.

You can't help but learn something new or provoke some new ideas on lifting by reading his articles.

I know I don't post much on your threads Freaker but I do read your articles on training. As a low volume training advocate (more failure training in general than HIT), I definitely think you probably know more about training than just about anyone here. As an older lifter who has seen a lot of training methods and physiques over the years, I am extremely impressed with what you have done with your physique. I don't see how anyone could lose following your advice.

I'm just surprised more of the younger guys here don't seek out your advice.

Freaker was the first person that I sought out when I first posted pics a mont or so ago, mainly because of his articles. His replies to my stupid questions via PM's and posts were always polite and thorough. He's inspired and helped me out a great deal.
