you do look like you lift but that shirt is too small, if it shows your belly button when you lift your arms above your head its too small

i've had girls tell me to stop lifting when i had 14's. was like "wtf serious?!"
but in all seriousness, it's not really hard to tell someone's body shape when wearing a shirt. 15.5's are good for your age, and it's not just your arms that give away you've been lifting. chest/back/shoulders will all fill out your shirt much nicer and people WILL noticeΘX
