It is the vein and pump that make you look like you lift...Without out them you could hardly tell.
Probably need 17 inches without a pump or vein to look like you lift.

but in all seriousness, it's not really hard to tell someone's body shape when wearing a shirt. 15.5's are good for your age, and it's not just your arms that give away you've been lifting. chest/back/shoulders will all fill out your shirt much nicer and people WILL noticeΘX
