I love seeing transformations whether fat to muscle or skinny to muscle
Shows you at least have the power to regulate how you look physique wise

I'm a bit with dbx here. Do you guys know that a lot of before and after pictures in ads are taken on the same day? The model sticks his gut out and slouches in the "before" picture, but pulls his gut in, shaves, and otherwise gets primped up for the "after" picture.
