No joke, Yak? That's the same guy? In a year and a half?
That's a phenomenal turnaround. Heck of a job!No brain, no gain.

Sarcasm understood and agreed. LOL
I see a guy dressed in unflattering clothes...with a dorky posture and stupid look on his face. Also appears like he has a bit of a gut.
Then...same person without a shirt on, with a tan, standing tall, without goofy look on his face.
Great transformation? Really? . I mean, he probably did make a great transformation, but imo, these pics (and remarks posted) demonstrate how much illusion really is involved in BBing.
Well, I suppose I can see a vein in his forearm in the second pic to actually compare to the first pic.
Just trying to be objective and keep it real."If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

You quoted me and then posted this ^. I'm not doubting for second that it's not the same guy. That's not the point. Not even close. The fact that anyone could applaud a "transformation" when using these two pics is......beyond me. Completely... beyond me.
And to be clear, I'm not dissing the guy in the pic. LOL, he's not even the one who posted this here.
Objectivity and critical thinking seem to be all but dead in O35 these days. It's no wonder the trolls are having a blast. When trolls with new join dates pose as accomplished triathletes and come her to ask us how to 10lbs of "loose" fat and O35ers fall for it..... Geez........
Forgive me. I need some time away from here....again. Carry on...."If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

I'm a bit with dbx here. Do you guys know that a lot of before and after pictures in ads are taken on the same day? The model sticks his gut out and slouches in the "before" picture, but pulls his gut in, shaves, and otherwise gets primped up for the "after" picture.

Loose rhymes with goose. Lose rhymes with ooze.

Link? Never mind, nobody else did, so why bother? And the point still seems to elude most here....
Nah, I'm going to give in here and just say that the before and after pic of his elbow is just amazing. I mean, it's the only body part that contains any muscle displayed in both pics. Yes, quite stunning."If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."
