We go every year for our 'family trip'.
Yaaay! Fun Times!
It's gonna be Hot...Oye!
I got my workout done and accomplished...felt Great!
I only did 20 min cardio...thinking that I will be doing a Lot of walking the huge park today.
(hope this was a proper decision)
Today's training took place after induging in 3NO-Betas, and scoop of yummy CreaDyl
Power was with me!
I had to be careful and watch my arm..(yes still painful)..some exercises I had to use different grips in order to keep my arm from hurting too badly.
All in All I gave my biceps and triceps a very 'pumped-up' workout!

Even though I don't need to go to the Hospital (out-paitient surgery..for 'cysts' removal on my head) utill 9:00am, I woke up at usual weekday hour.
I wanted to get my training in plus see Randy off for work.
Focus Dammit!
Heh!
I tried hard to push my legs to their limits...got a tiny-bit pukey during two exercises.
It's crunch time! 11wks out..*Gasp*
Focus and Push!
Started with my supps of CreaDyl and NO-Beta!
I started feeling the reaction about 10min into my leg training...Yes! Good Stuff!

Progress Contest Prep Pictures at 11wks out....Yikes!
I took these with my cell-phone..so the quality of the pics are not top-notch.
I weighed in at 100lbs.
Been doing the 'contest cut' since end of May...just little by little tweaking the diet.
Any suggestions/tips/comments on how I am at this point of the game, is Welcomed! Plz!!
