Wanted to share this with you guys, did it today for overhead press
1-10 method
Load up the bar with a weight that you can only handle for one maximal rep,then immediately strip off just enough weight so that you can get two reps. Again, take off just enough weight so that you can get three reps. Continue until you do a final set of ten reps. That'll be 55 reps.
Feeling stronger than ever, currently at 190 bw.

haha yeah, those were the last pics i posted at 165. Now back up to 190....bulk all year baby.
Paused 315 with slingshot today for fun, then high rep bb incline paused, dips with 90lbs, and incline flys supersetted with laterals.

I can't keep up with you anymore although I did get that 315 bench at last lol. Was up to 335 for a while thank god.

So at home my 45's arent standered (17 inches, mine are 15)...basically everything is deficit, which is fine by me...will train the bottom of my deadlift

Then some light rear delt stuff.
Finally good weather...will be lifting at home tomorrow aswell. Doing a peaking schedule for my deadlift, going for 585 in 6 weeks. (20lbs every week, ex...next week 485).

Squat rack
1 pairs of 25lbs chains
1 110lb dumbbell
2 35lb dumbbells
2 15lb dumbbells
tire sled with harness + chains
Its getting pretty legit, i dont even go to the gym anymore...going to cancel it next month. Still need to build a bench (yes build), and some dip bars/yoke.
Feeels good man.
