No way. You have to eat 3500 cal ABOVE maintenance to gain 1 lb. Obviously i wouldn't weight myself for a few days. Damn sodium causes the numbers to rise but you'll be fine
Obviously don't make it a habit. In the long run it could screw you up if you decide to do this all the timeFab & Fit ;D

Exactly, Cheat MEAL. It all depends on your goals. If ur cutting i wouldn't do it very often maybe once every 2 weeks or once a month for ur sanity. If ur bulking then once a week is fine
Ah ok i see ur cutting..i'd keep it to a minimum. A refeed might be best for u if u are on a low carb dietLast edited by jenmendez89; 05-20-2010 at 06:52 PM.

Just try it and see how your body reacts to the cheat. Some people can handle it better than others. If I cheat I can lose the weight (high salt intake) in a few days but for some people it isn't worth it because the lbs stay on for a bit as the sodium refuses to leave. Try it once every 2 weeks like i mentioned and notice how your body reacts. If you find that its worth it for your gains then do it once a month but it might help your metabolism and your sanity so maybe once a week wouldnt do any harm.
