Hello BBers.
recently i have noticed that alot of body parts are bigger on my right side of the body than the left.
My right chest is bigger than my left
My right trap is bigger than my left
My right Lats/wings are bigger than my left
even the hip seems bigger on the right than my left
Can someone tell me why this is, because my body looks very unproportional. The only thing that seem to be equal are my arms.
How do i get a symetrical body and fix my problem?

Your body uses your preferred side more for every day activities, my right bicep measurement is a half inch larger than my left, looks a lot larger and defined though.

Dude that guy could be right about testicals being different sizes.
You have to remember, our bodies are not made perfectly symmetrical.
Thats why you hear of people having one longer leg, one longer arm, and it definately is true for muscle groups too.
All you can do is really train what is lacking as hard as you can.
For example,
Im right handed, therefore naturally my right bicep is larger, my right shoulder is bigger.
For some reason, my left pec is much naturally bigger then my right.
And my abs on the left are much bigger then my abs on the right.
All you can do is notice this, and really SQUEEZE the opposite muscle group as much as possible when at the gym.
Another great tool to evening out is using dumbbells as opposed to bars or machines.
Just focus on that muscle you need to improve in your mind, even do an extra rep or two on it if need be, and just grind it out.
Its not naturally supposed to be symmetrical, so you gotta work it into it. Hope this helps, reps if it does?The gym is my dream girl. She's always there when you need her. She builds you up. And I have gyno in my right pec, and not my left.

Wow, I'm not alone... I thought I was the only genetic mutation here. I too have gyno only on my right nipple and my left one is perfectly normal. Weird.
