some people swear by defranco's agile 8, I don't know anything about it but I'm sure a quick search would yield a ton.

    Diesel Crew Shoulder rehab
    Defranco's agile 8

And since im doing physical therapy ill upload some exercist sheets later, my PT gave me. They are like Diesel Crew's shoulder rehab but less varied. It's important to work your rotator muscles and supraspinatus to keep injuries from developing. Look up the t-nation article on supraspinatus strengthening and I will post all my crap later.

what happened that made you have to take PT?

bigrig showed me a link to an article on t-muscle about agile 8. TBH, his above link was what i was looking for. but, i'd be more than happy to receive your exercise sheets from PT.

yeah i need to start working on my joints as well and not just sore muscles and soft tissue. i plan on buying some joint, multi, and other supps within the next week or two.
