    E-Bol and C-Bol

Has anyone in the teen section tried these? What did you think?

Just for the record, my diet is in check. No need to mention it.

EDIT: I find it hilarious how many times I got negged by clueless people who think E-Bol is a PH.

I would research and read some reviews, I hear that these types of supplements can make no difference, or close to a 5% difference. U might even be better off filling a cart off the meat section at ur groccccery store.

Wow shut the hell up. I have been dieting for the past year and a half. 12 of those months were cutting. I know what I am doing. Seriously.

No hate, but I get sick of people constantly calling out stats when they don't know anything about the background of the person. It gets annoying.

that doesnt give him an excuse for having barely any muscle. if he really knew what he was doing he would have just eaten slightly less and lifted hard, gained some muscle and then cut so he didnt turn out the way he did.

First 6 months I had no idea what I was doing, second six months I did and still do. I had psychological issues with food for a good amount of that time too and lost a lot of muscle/strength. I am up 18lbs from my lowest weight.

If you have no intentions of answering my original question, please leave. Thanks.

Anyone want to actually answer the question?

motivation like that is for those who dont want to work hard. if you want motivation, then look at people who have made the gains that you want and then challenge them in your head to be bigger and stronger than you. Cycling shouldn't be an option until youre at least 30 when your natural test levels start to deplete. try bulking. you are skinny as hell and could probably get a good amount of size/strength from a 5-6 month bulk. if you dont want to put in the time, then i really pity you. weightlifting isnt just for size and strength. its for discipline and values that we use later on in life as well ast the size and strength that comes along. its so we can be better people, and role models to future generations to ensure that our kids are healthy. dont take shortcuts, just learn from what you do and put the time into it.

srsly once you hit puberty and weigh in around 125 and can perform a decent lat spread then take this stack.

also, your diet is absolutely not in check lolol

You'd be better off taking this to the Supplement section, or the Thermolife boards, where fewer idiots roam and a more legitimate answer is likely to be had.

I'd be glad to help, but this section clearly thinks E-Bol = Trenbolone acetate.

Post up your help. Forget what they think. Haha.

You are obviously one of the few knowledgeable people in this section.
