Yes, yes, I know I've been asking that for a while.
Some people say that it's cheap and will benefit me if I don't stop.
Others say I'm only 16 and I don't need it.

Sure drink lots of water, its natural, and no reason you cant. As long as you've been training hard and for some time now.

I say no simply because it's good (imo) to lift for a few years in your teens to get to know your body better. When I was in my teens I was 100% motivated and my body responded. I say hold off for a while. If you are truly not getting anywhere and punishing your body and eating healthy - then go for the creatine for a mental boost.

im getting the impression you think you "need" creatine in order to lift or see gains and since you wont be consistent it would be a waste, you really dont wanna buy it and you wanna hear someone telling you you shouldnt even touch the stuff or summin'...
its my only explanation why youre making this as if you were buying plutonium from iraqis...

It doesn't hurt, and its cheap. It would only benefit as long as you are consistent.

i voted yes, but feel the need to qualify it. there is no need to take it at all, but if you are going to venture into a gnc, creatine monohydrate and whey protein should be all you are walking out with. (you get my analogy, it applies to web stores as well).

Thanks everyone.
Like I said it's not about money as much it's about worrying that I'll break out(acne) and that I'll be only taking it for summer.

Hey I have an off topic question. I have a pre workout that is hard to drink in water because it tastes like ****, but if you eat it tastes good. Should I eat it? Because I don't know if eating it would give the same effects.

I am 16 now I have been taking creatine for about 2 ish years now, I hate the taste of my creatine ( matrix pure monohydrate) I try to mix it with something sweet and maybe some green tea a honey, Im fine with it nothing wrong (6ft) so no growth problems. Iv taken it since i was 14 so its fine to use hah ! Im living proof for that mate.
