    Question Can whey protein powder and creatine powder be mixed?

    Hi guys i was wondering if protein powders and creatine powders can be mixed into one shake, or should i keep the two seperate?

    Personally, I mix my creatine w/ dextrose n drink that in the car when I step out @ the gym and my protein shake @ home with the blender, but if you wanna mix creatine in your protein powder go for it, I did that for a while and was still able to make gains

    *As a matter of fact, some protein powers do have a couple grams creatine already in it

    J/K Totally normal, as a matter of fact I add my creatine on my post workout shake.
