replacement for leg ext. leg curl and leg press

at home i only have a barbell and 2 light dumbbells (but i attach disks to it on by rope) and it's like the only exercises i can do for legs are squats, SL deads, lunges and deadlifts...

are there any quad/ ham exercises out there using only the given equip. or bodyweight?
