Entered the 2010 Double -T Sports Challenge, and I'm taking Ketocuts, as well as be using the regular whey protein and syntha-6. My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds in the coming 10 weeks. I feel that this is going to be truly exciting and a new spark to my newly outside life away from my mom's house. Focusing on my overall fitness level and giving myself that needed edge to keep going back to the gymyay for entering the bb contest. I ran 3 miles and worked on my shoulders,upper back, lower back, quads, Triceps. Feel the burn baby!.
