Cottage Cheese - High sodium but still good on a cut?

    Hey guys,

I cannot find any low fat low sodium cottage cheese for the life of me, so the only cottage cheese I can get has 40% of the daily sodium needed (forget how much exactly, like 1000 mg.) I know too much sodium makes you retain water, so if I am cutting is it still ok to eat cottage cheese even if it puts my total sodium for the day above what it should be? Or should I just stick to casein?

Just drink a little extra water. I have 1% CC year round, cut or bulk.
