lol, becoming fat is easy! You can add 4lbs every week, or even 5! Just drink olive oil, eat sour cream and drink coke all day. You will "achieve" your "goal" in no time bro!
If you're looking for muscle gain, your body will not make more new muscle than about 2 lbs per month.
