I have a couple of new clients starting tomorrow and 2 of them are in their 80's with heart conditions. What are some safe exercises that I should go with? Thanks

hmm ok if you want to do the sensible thing you ARE NOT going to train them tomorrow, nor are you going to train them any time soon as you aknowledge you have no idea what to do with them.
these clients are classed as HIGH RISK and you shouldnt even think about training them until you are well versed in appropriate exercise persciption.
BUUUUT no doubt you will not listen to me and you'll just train them anyway so be sure to focus on mobility exercises and do nothing too strenuous as they are probably very deconditioned and as you said, have heart conditions..
