Getting Serious; 73 days to do the best I can

I'm just out of school and have until July 28th to absolutely devote myself to exercise and diet (I will have a job but this will only help me wake up early and not mope around the house...a good thing).

Goal: Spend approx. 40 days cutting fat while attempting to maintain muscle. Spend the remaining 33 days developing more muscle, size and strength.

    Schedule for first 40 days:

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
    Wake up,
-Eat 2 whole eggs, 1 Oat Toast, 1 Bannana
-Workout( Ride bike 15 min to Gym, Run 30min, Core )
    -Eat "Mixture*"
-Go to Work for 5-8 hours eat 2 x "Mixture*"
    -Do lift (Mon/Thurs: Bi & Back & Lat, Tues/Fri: Tri & Chest & Shoulder)
    -Eat "Mixture*"
    -Ride bike home
    -Drink skim milk Before bed.

    Wednesday/Saturday(Minus the work):
    Wake up,
-Eat 2 whole eggs, 1 Oat Toast
-Workout( Ride bike 15 min to Gym, Core )
    -Eat "Mixture*"
-Go to Work for 5-8 hours eat 2 x "Mixture*"
    - Legs & Hardcore Core (Squat, hack squat, calf) (weighted abs)
    -Eat "Mixture*"
    -Ride bike home.
    -Drink skim milk before

    "Mixture*":
    5 Servings Whey
    5 Servings Oatmeal powder
    2 Cups Milk
    5 Cups Water
3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (Ing: peanuts)
(nutrient info: approx 1600 cals, 160 grams protein, 40% protein by cal)

    Caloric Breakdown:
    Consumed:
    MBR: 1757 (calcd using second equation from sticky article by Emma);
    NEAT: Minimal (desk job)
EAT: 500 (200 bike, 300 Tredmill (I subtracted the errors from both))
    Net Out: 2257 calories.
    Net In: 1800
    Net Neg: 357

Let me know what you think!

I would advise less mixture, more real food. Tuna, salmon, chicken, cottage cheese. You need food that will make you full.

More vegetables/fruits is also a good thing. You are currently eating 4 bananas a week and nothing else. I would... work on that. Make sure you take a multivitamin if you insist on the tiny amount of fruits/veggies though.

Also, that mixture will be mad expensive (5 scoops of whey?!?!) and much less enjoyable than eating solid food.

    Solid Food?

Admitedly there's little solid food in this diet...and yeah I know it's expensive...I suppose I could replace one of those 5 servings with some tuna/chicken/lean pork and brown rice or something. The idea is to have serious control over my caloric intake and make it easy to prepare my food for the whole day.
