Just curious how many days it takes you to get back into ketosis after your refeed? also helpful if you post long long your refeed lasts and approx. how many carbs you consumed. thanks!

I did my first refeed, 3 weeks with out. Im in ketosis today. I did do cardio and lifting the last day too.. I think everyones going to be different, but 1-3 days anything more may be different.

2 days after my first carb up but my carbs weren't as high as they "should" be; I couldn't eat as much as I thought I could. I did one day, depletion workout in the morning, carbed up all day; back to keto the next morning. Next time I'll go with more white stuff instead of whole grains.

first carb up, took me like a day...carb up on a wednesday, was in ketosis by late thursday night. Lower GI carbs.
Remember, you will get back into ketosis quicker the more you do carb ups too.~ Infinite Labs Rep

Did you use the ckd calculator? This will bring you there, it's an excel file with exact instructions in the post about how to use it (I don't know how to link an excel file). If you have excel on your computer this is a really good tool ...

If you don't have excel and want to PM me the info it lists in the thread that you need to add I can do it for you. It will give you the macros and cals for what you should be eating during the week and for your carb up.

If I carb-up on a Sunday....which I do....I'll usually be back into Ketosis either by Monday evening, or tuesday morning.
My carb-ups usually go from Saturday night at dinner time, through to Sunday night at bedtime. According to Lyle McDonald, I should be aiming for close to 1,000g carbs.....but I hardly ever reach half of that amount. It still helps out immensely with my lifts on Monday though._______________________________________________________________

i carbed up sunday from 0600-2300 and consumed about 700g carbs a mix between healthy stuff like oatmeal and brown rice and some stuff like muffins and bagels(not so healthy) only gained a surprising .5 pound in water weight and was back in ketosis tuesday morning a littel before lunchtime...
