I get so mad about this fat acceptance shit.
I don't give a fuk who you are you are not happy when you're gross. I took before pics when i decided to make a change and it was the hardest fukking thing i have ever made myself do. Running miles is easier than putting myself on blast like that was.
All these fat acceptance idiots are delusional.
I know I look better now.
I know I feel better now.
My wife looks better now.
She feels better now.
All fat acceptance is is fukking lazy ass people that don't understand(or don't want to understand) that not being fat is easy on paper and if you apply it to real life, while difficult at first....It becomes second nature.
I'm still fat(not obese anymore *wipes brow*) but goddamn it if I don't count every damn thing i put in my stomach.... 6 days a week at the gym minimum....I feel guilty now if I don't go. Fat acceptance is a disgusting lovechild of lazyness and gluttony with a cumshot of BK and mcd's thrown in.
jims rustled.....

this, extra half hour of cardio lets go
i also feel like the people who really hate fat acceptance are the ones who used to have serious weight issues (not saying yours were serious or anything you just mentioned obese). my brah at college who got me into bodybuilding was like 260 and obese when he was 14 years old, hated himself and committed to a complete lifestyle change, and now is a ripped 205 @ 10% bf. he CANNOT STAND fat people who make excusesLast edited by kwdchs07011; 08-16-2013 at 08:15 AM.

If this didn't affect me at all I would be happier for it (lower bar, makes being fit even more impressive), but indirectly funding their self-induced health problems is ridiculous.

Some, about 70-80% bodybuilders like to get fat off-season so they can powerlift. I'm a powerlifter off-season. In contest I get ready for a bodybuilding show. I'm a /Bodybuilder Powerlifter."
