haha yeah i suppose your right. ill keep looking through recipes for something reasonable.
i actually had the idea of just baking my bowl of oats the other day. not sure how this would turn out. or just throwing some cooked oats/pb/choc chips onto a cookie sheet and seeing what happens.

They look good, but still have a cup of sugar in them. Still better than all that butter. I'm interested in baking the oats myself. Who knows, it could turn into a delicious all oat muffin thing. Definitely not a gourmet experiment, but we've created stranger things.

Man! have some vigour! Get some nuts!
I may not be able to pull off 2,3 and dont wanna bother with 4, yet 1 is completely accomplishable and im pretty sure il have around 2000cals by the time i make this bowl! xD
Sweet man! Was looking on ebay at some a while back, totally found some Reeses and other awesome endorsed jerseys! And cant say im a fan of cleats, used to be a cycle mechanic and heard some nasty stories of people not able to bale out =/
Also just had a thought for the oat contest....presentation, considering its pretty damn hard to make a presentable bowl of oats!

I know right? Krema brand or some sheit..3 jars for $5, I said hell yes! Never had a PB with that texture, it looks melted but that's just how it is. I don't use a spoon, I just pour it out of the jar onto/into what ever I'm eating.
Awwww yeahhhh!!

Hey guys
I have a general question: Does one's metabolism actually adapt to caloric level?
Reason I ask is because I have been bulking for coming up on a month. When I started my trainer had me at 2500 calories and bumped it up to 2800. I saw gains of about ~4lbs in the first three weeks. Now, I have my calories hovering around 3,000 and making extremely slow progress on the scale.
Is this normal? I believe I already have an above average metabolism; but I don't know if my wallet can handle even more food consumption haha...Thankfully I can get cereal and bagels ultra cheap...Ex Collegiate Distance Runner

Yes. One of the body's natural responses to a calorie excess is to use more energy. We're stubborn bastards and deep down our body doesn't want change.

Here's my PWO meal of Banana Scramble. It had aspirations of omelette grandeur, but after my chest/back workout, I was incapable of operating a spatula

I am sorry team. I think this falls into the semi-refined category

oh hai welcome to Meals eating now. its been around for 10 threads now (over 100k posts) and quite a few years. where ya been?
absolutely it does. and if you are bulking at 2800 cals, prepare for it to adapt quickly. i have a feeling most people deep into bulks around here get over 3000 pretty darn easily. unfortunately, it works the same way on a cut as well.
