Good Morning everyone! Just had a quick question I did not eat red meat for about 6-7 weeks prior to last night.. this was done subconsciously (i love chicken). So last night i decide to cook up a small 4Oz burger, now I use to get steak and cheeses all the time without a problem, however I woke up in the middle of the night with a stomachache, nausea, and gas, was wondering if this could be the cause? If you don't have it for a while does your body need to re-adjust?

It was probably due to adjustment, that is usually the case with any dietary change. With only 4ox. of meat and no other differences though it is a bit odd, the meat may have been a little past it's prime but I'd say if your feeling good today you've got nothing to worry about.
I love chicken too and found myself going long periods of time without red meat, now I make sure to have it once a week to avoid any re adjustments.
