It doesn't matter when you take it.
BTW, look up the article Layne Norton wrote.
Loading= faster saturation= faster results.

Yep, he's correct. Loading doesn't hurt, but it is not necessary. After about a month of regular creatine dosing at 2-5 grams/day (or about a week of loading at about 20grams/day) a saturation point is reached. That's it. Loading gets you to the saturation point faster. Eitehr way, once you reach saturation, you can maintain creatine saturation levels just fine with 2-3 grams per day (5 grams per day to be conservative).
Also, the ingestion of creatine before or during exercise is not recommended. See, American College of Sports Medicine roundtable. The physiological and health effects of oral creatine supplementation. Terjung RL, et al, Med Sci Sports Exerc. 2000 Mar;32(3):706-17.

You weigh pretty much what I weigh and for being 200+ you should be taking more then 5g's a day. I take in around 15-20g's a day mine usually goes 5g upon waking up, 5g before the gym and 5g before bed. There's a chart somewhere on bb.com that goes more in depth with weight vs grams and how much should be taking but that's how I do it. And to make sure I'm not wasting any in water I usually just dump the creatine in my mouth and chase in with water or apple juice.
