    How much can you barbell row?

    235x6 here...

    Just wanted to see how I compared to people who actually do this excersise.

    (for the record the last 2 would probably be considered cheat reps by the form nazi's.)

    5 months ago i was repping 220 for 5 or 6 with good form. Most people have horrible bb row form (almost as bad as squat form) so numbers on it don't mean much without seeing how someone does it. It's extremely easy to cheat on bb row.
