Yeah, I realize they sold so fast because I priced them too low, but $450 is more than they were worth for me. They were really nice, but I need the money more. I paid $255, so it was still a good flip.

Not to gloat, but I finally sold one of my Series-7smiths, with an oly set, nice bench, and all the attachments (pec deck, 200lb stack, etc) for $925 today. The buyer drove 6 hours to pick it up... he knew what he wanted, and seemed happy to get it at over $1000 below MSRP.

I think it's helpful to know what people are selling things for, but if anybody feels otherwise I'll stop posting such updates here. Opinions?

Powertec is an older model. I think it's P-PR with the P-LTO lat attachment. That right there is worth 300. So you're pretty much getting everything else for free. Take it.

I wouldn't test it for that much, but it's probably around 1000 lbs. Plus, the max you're going to be putting on it is whatever you squat, and I don't think anyone can do 1000 lbs.
