I've used it for a couple of years, but now I do kickboxing for Cardio so I have no use for it. If a BB.com member wants it just PM me and you can have it free. I would rather give it to a fellow Bodybuilder than sell it to someone who will never use it. So if you are in the DFW area and would like a decent air resistance rower let me know.

It is that model and I'm buying it for $50. I wasn't so sure about the decline and it was a two hour drive, so anything I would have save I would have spent on gas.

BTW, as I was searching for benches, I came across this Parabody on eBay for $40 (normally sells for 150 used I've read). Only thing is you have to be near Rhode Island.

I am selling a home gym rack system. It is made by Tuff Stuff. I could not find a picture online. However, it looks identical to Bodycraft F430. I did a Google search. It appears to be running around $600 - $700.


It also comes with a 45lbs bench press bar ($130) and a 25lbs curl bar ($35) along with the following plates.
2x = 45lbs (about $60 each at Sports Authority)
2x = 35lbs (about $39 each at Sports Authority)
2x = 25lbs (about $30 each at Sports Authority)
2x = 10lbs (about $14 each at Sports Authority)
2x = 5lbs (about $8 each at Sports Authority)

He's asking $375, but I'm hoping to get him to lower it to $300. Only problem is that I've already agreed to a Powertec P-PR power rack and olympic set for $300 and am planning on picking it up tomorrow.

The Tuff Stuff is probably an older model, but some threads on bb.com have said that they preferred the older models. What should I do?

I have an olympic bench with and olympic bar(45lbs). At the end of the bench there is a pad for curls and legs.

Olympic plates- 2(45lbs) 6(25lbs) 6(10lbs) 4(5lbs) 2(2.5lbs) Totals 325lbs..

Dumbbells- 2(30lbs) 2(35lbs)

Also have an olympic curl bar. Bunch of clamps. And there is a squat tower with guide rails, you can take that if you want. Its not in the best of shape, but it still works.

All the other equipment is in great shape. Only got it a few yrs ago. Havent used it much. I need it gone asap. I will not split this package up, so dont email me asking if you can just buy the dumbbells or plates. Its $150 for everything, which is a very generous price. Need these gone asap. *I put this up a couple months ago and got tons of offers, but I had surgery and never got around to replying to anyone. So first come first serve. Stuff is in my basement so me and another guy will help you load this into your vehicle.

It takes me that long to post what I find on cl. When I have time I spend an hour or two reading thru the listings. If they look good I click on it; if it is worth sharing I put it on my favorites bar and later post it here.

Since cl is divided by areas and cities I don't really use keywords to search. I do that on ebay though.
