There is a bodymaster incline with the lumbar support thingy for $80 in DC. The Bodymaster that I picked up for JItaliani was insanely solid & heavy.

I ended up selling that one in favor of a couple others I picked up, but it was a very nice bench. Extremely solid in all positions.

Thanks again for picking that up for me Skinny!

Any Chinese hex below $.50/lb is a decent deal. Not bad shape. A couple cans of hammered grey rustoleum & a rack would fix them right up.

P.s., the 50's, 60's, 70's aren't as plentiful as the smaller sizes. I have sold larger size hex for about $.70lb.

Looks badly advertised as far as the dumbbells go. I bet what you see is what you get. Bench I have no idea, bodycraft?

They have it marked down to $60 now. I have one like it, but with burgundy pads. It's rock-solid and super comfortable. It's just a PITA to move around due to the weight and lack of wheels.

I think it's definitely worth looking at and trying out at that price. The angles look a bit odd, but it'll all make sense when you sit in it.

I'm not really sure. I found some info on it before, but i can't seem to find anything right now. If you want to do a bit of searching, it's the B114A "Super Incline" bench.

Found a BodySolid Plate Loaded seated row machine for $150 OBO locally. Same as below. Should I snatch it up?

That's an okay price , I suppose. Not great, but not terrible either. I guess it really depends on how well-equipped your home gym is currently, and how much space you have left. I'm at the point where any new addition means I have to get rid of something else, which has made me rather picky.

I agree with Stasher. Figure out how much space you have then try and find a power rack and Olympic weight set used. After that is secured I would look into an adjustable bench and perhaps a lat pull/ low row combo for cable work.

If you have nothing, a rower should be the least of your worries. Rack, weights. Rack, weights. Rack, weights.

Yea you guys are right. I have access to a good amount of space/storage and good machines dont become available in my area that often without taking a drive. I just figured I would pick this up for a rainy day. I guess Ill pass for now.

well...if you have the money, like buying the rower isn't going to prohibit you from buying weights or a rack that becomes available tomorrow, then by all means.

Not sure I would invest in a piece like that myself, but I like to keep it barebones.

Can anyone tell me about Power Lift brand of equipment? I found this squat stand for sale locally and had never heard of the brand and their website did not say anything about construction and price:

Personally, I'd love to have a higher end chest-supported row machine (like a Legend), but I already have a fairly well stocked home gym. I'm just lacking space.

PowerLift pretty much owns the collegiate equipment market and is the standard which all other companies strive to match. I think that they use 7ga. on all of their equipment. Very heavy duty. The ad is probably correct pertaining to the original pricing.
