generally speaking... you could prob pretend to be the original owner... and or if you ever needed to use the warranty its possible to contact the seller again since you prob bought it in the same city that you both live in etc... Im sure where there is a will there is a way... a little hassle Im sure... but better than having broken equipment...

Nautilus Equipment Pittsburgh
Was thinking about getting the Pullover machine, but that is a big footprint.
Does anyone know if there is much of a re-sale market for this stuff, if I decide to make an offer fro the whole collection?
http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/spo/2609641773.html
From back in the day Nautilus Equipment, but still in good working order. This equipment would make for a nice home gym set up if you have the space. The stuff is big, heavy, requires space, and a truck to haul.
The price is $300 OBO per piece of equipment.
Weighted Pull Up/Dip Machine
Pull Over Machine
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Duo Squat(leg press)
Willing to sell as a package.

Also live in East Tennessee and haven't had a chance to check out Dynabody. Was wanting to know what kind of Power Racks he has in stock and price ranges. Was looking for something similar to a Powertec Rack as I don't have a large footprint for a much larger rack. Also wanted to know if he carried rubber plates. Thanks for any input!!

I just bought some powerblock 5-50 for 155$... I can do the add on up to 90 for 289 + shipping... I just saw this ad on my local craigslist
http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/spo/2612353365.html
Do you think it would be worth trying to sell the powerblocks for 200-250, and then tyring to get the guy down on these? Whats a fair price... I was thinking no higher then 375.. Any ideas?I rep back everyone 1k+... just sayin

I asked about pretty much everything, except power racks. (cause thats all l have lol) I did see a whole bunch of them. Mr. Harris did mention that a newer higher end rack goes for about 1,200 new. Used he said things are about 50% off so figure 600 for a higher end used rack. But he had a ton there so I figure you could walk out with a nice rack for 300-500. He also is more then willing to drop the price for cash on the spot.
I didn't see any used rubber plates today, mostly metal. He said he's got new stuff come in all the time. If you send him an email via his site he will let you know if he gets in what you want.
http://www.dynabody.com/contact.html
Made out well. Mr. Harris showed me around down stairs, where he keeps all of his used stuff. Some of it is like brand new. I checked out a lot of stuff GHD, Reverse Hypers, Low Row, A vertical bench that he designed him self (was pretty cool), competition benches, box squats, etc. You name it and he's got it. He also told me that if you bring him a photo of something you want he can build that as well. I didn't have any money today, but I'm def gonna get a few things from him. He told me next time I come that I could workout in his gym and that he would take me over to his factory and show me around. Also got a free tee lol.
Overall I was really impressed with DynaBody. I think Mr. Harris is a first class individual and makes some good looking stuff, that beats most other companies prices. He also really knows his stuff and enjoys talking. I really had quite a bit of fun.

Hey Passin' thru,
Thanks for the report, I had stopped by during the summer and picked up a horizontal plate rack for bumpers for $50 and would have bought more except for the fact that I had a Nissan Altima and a full car. I was just wonderin' if you had purchased."Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do, than by the ones you did" Mark Twain

I picked up 750 pounds worth of pro-style dumbbells last night for 25 cents per pound. I don't really need them, but it sounded like such a good deal that I couldn't pass it up. They are black CAP brand plates on chrome handles. They are pretty rusty, but are solid and in pretty good shape otherwise. I might try to get some of the rust off with a wire brush first, and then try to sell them. How much do you think I could get for them? I usually sell hex dumbbells around .60 to .70 per pound which sells pretty easily in my area. Do you think I could get $1 per pound for these? I could post pics later if that helps.
Thanks for your help!

Good deal in DC area. I'd get it to flip, but it takes way too much space and I don't know if these even sell very well.

ebay: Ironmaster Dumbbells with add-on kits up to 165lbs, super bench, etc
I think I posted this one before; I guess it didn't sell the first time it was listed.
Anyway, it's an Ironmaster dumbbell set with add-on kits to 165lbs. There's also a Super Bench with a bunch of accessories and the Ironmaster curl bar.
I still think he'd be better off splitting it up, but he says in the listing that he's not willing to do that. Probably worried about getting stuck with the curl bar in the end.
Local pick-up in Jackson, WY. Starting bid is $695.

I think I'm going to pull the trigger and buy these. According to the ebay listing, they are CAP brand rubber pro-style dumbbells from 75-120 with the rack for $500. I added it up and it's 1950 pounds. I'll probably keep these in my home gym for a while, but how much do you think I could get for this set if I decided to sell it? Maybe $2000? Not really sure how much those dumbbells go for as I'm used to hex DBs.

I've driven distances comparable for deals that aren't nearly as good as this one, if only they deals like this in Upstate NY. It's a bit of a dead zone up here when it comes to finding good deals like this, though they do pop up here and there, not nearly as abundant as it seems to be in the areas a lot of people on this forum are lucky enough to live in (midwest-west)
