Hi everyone...

I've been having some fun flipping gear in Atlanta for the last several months, (mostly hex Dumbells and Oly sets) and managed to actually make a little besides just having a garage full of fun toys.

I'm buying a lot that includes a Life Fitness 9100 treadmill. Looks like a solid piece of commercial gear. I've never flipped a treadmill before, and don't really want one for myself... Can anyone advise on value, or provide any tips on listing?

That is one shallow rack ... But I wish more modern racks used those flat cross braces -- they don't get in the way of benches.

Various companies make 100's. I found some old school Yorks awhile back for $25/each. But, I've seen pics on here of other brands.

Only problem I am having is finding the missing part to the leg extention/curl machine. Body-Solid's "assembly manual" is nothing but a picture and list of parts. No actual assembly instructions. Their customer service is pretty poor as well, they have no idea. Just sent me the same manual I have. Dude on the phone sounded high as a kite or near pass out level drunk.

Well customer service at Body Solid came through and sent me a price list for the parts, $61 +S&H. I didnt reply to their quote, and then I got another email today saying that they are shipping the parts out to me, free of cost!
That totally redeems them in my book, lol.

wow. there's a whole lot of stack plates in there, a whole lot of scrap money. can't believe that stuff is just sitting outside. i can't imagine getting all of that dropped off in my driveway, my neighbors would hate me even more!

that rack is pretty cool, i like the hammer high pull, too. kinda like a huge stationary trap bar. i'm also drooling over that row machine.

i have only 1- 100 lb plate and its a york O plate. from the 1960's .

I haven't seen them yet, a buddy works down the road so he grabbed them for me and I'm stuck at work til 0200. Picture the guy selling them sent me they looked rough but he offered to wire brush and paint for me and he got all but 4 cleaned up. I'm likely going to use them for my brawler . Will try to post pics sometime.
