Hey, I just received my month supply of Detonate. I literally took my first pill this morning, two hours ago, and I'm feeling great. However, I workout in the evenings. I'm wondering if the results would be diminished because of the long gap between taking the pill and working out (about 9-12 hours later). Should I be taking the pill as a pre-workout or will I be burning fat regardless of when I take it during the day? By the way, that long gap is due to a long work schedule and, unfortunately, the time left over is all I have to work with.

Yup I do 2 in the morning and occasionally a sly third before my workout in the evenings.
Edit, to answer your question better, I think it works better in the morning, plus the appetite supression is amazing, so if anything that will affect your caloric intake throughout the day.Last edited by Czk51; 04-11-2013 at 01:26 AM.

Here's my normal schedule for the day -
Wake up - 0800
Start shift / Breakfast - 0900
Lunch - 1200
Snack - 1500
Dinner - 1800
End shift / Workout - 2100
Sleep - around 2300-0000
I normally do cardio before and after I lift. I think if I took Detonate before my run, I'd be up all night.
Any other suggestions? Thanks

I take first thing in the morning regardless of when I workout, but most the time I workout after work at 5pm. I still feel fine then and not sluggish. Sometimes I opt to take it after lunch, which helps me finish work at the tail end of the day along with having a great workout. If you desire more than 1 dose, you could do 1 first thing in morning, then one right after lunch, depending on your tolerance.
I wouldnt opt for it pre workout if you workout so late due to the potential of keeping you up. However, you could try it sometime if you have experience taking such that late in the day. That is up to you. Maybe a Friday workout as an experiment.
