I believe that i know a lot about creatine, but not all. I keep on reading different things about creatine. I take mine in water. I went to a vitamin store, and the guy told me to put the powder directly in my mouth and swish it around with juice. He said to do this because creatine sticks to the sides of cups, and this way u get all of it. Is this guy really stupid, or should i try this method?

You could take creatine in a cup its not like a large amount is getting stuck to the sides, besides you only need like 3 grams a day for maintainance. If you drink it with grape juice though it helps with the uptake. Also you can take creatine while eating. Im sure you understand the differences between digestability and the different types of creatine so thats all that really is.

How?
I do not know what the best way is. Does anyone have any scientific proof of the "best" way?
I take it with a ON HydroWhey shake in the morning, then with my ON HydroWhey shake in the evening, or post-workout. Everything I have read says 5-15g a day.
I have read where people mix it with grape juice for the insulin spike. I have even read where people recommend placing a glass, half full, of water in a microwave, heat the water for about 45 seconds, put in one heaping teaspoon of Creatine and mix well. They claim that the warm water helps dissolve the Creatine and put it in a "pure" form for your body.
(I tried this a couple of times, but got the squirts each time.) :s
