Cutting tips for people with fast metabolism?

Hey I have just finished bulking and have started cutting and I was just wondering if anyone could give me a few tip for people that are cutting with a fat metabolism. Most of the info I have found is for people who have normal metabolisms and I’m worried if I stick to those tips that I will lose alot of my hard earned muscle.

    Any tips would be great.

Thanks, but if I stick to close to maintenance won’t I not lose any weight at all?
Should I stick to 40% carbs 40% protien and 20% fats?
