    Strange choice... why only those two? There are many great choices in the pre-workout category depending what you are looking for.


    But between these two it comes down to if you like 1,3 dimeth or not. If you don't even know then you need to open this up to a much broader selection imo.

    well me and my friends were just talking and i just wanted to know what everyone here thought about the two. And What is wrong with 1,3 dimeth?
