    5 days and no weight loss?????????

    I've done keto several times before and never had this happen. What gives? I should be at like 8 pounds by now!

    Ughhhhhhh - it's discouraging.


    Yesterday I had:

    3 eggs, scrambled, with shredded cheese
    6 slices of bacon

    2, 6 inch Italian Sausages with red sauce

    12 nuggest with the breading peeled off, and ranch sauce.





    Help? :-(

    Terrible diet. The sodium content alone, would boat an elephant.

    You need a clean diet, but first you have to learn the basics on eating.

    eat better foods

    eat your eggs, keep bacon to two slices, go get some 80/20 beef patties, and quit using sausages, and wtf nuggets? if you like chicken go get some chicken breasts

    the only lean meat im eating is my tuna.

    its all about diet broski

    So, could be too much sodium I take it?



    Tore the breading off of the nuggets. It was late, I was hungry and had nothing prepared.



    What's wrong with sausages?





    I know the basics on eating, and i'm not trying to be 100% clean per-se, I lost 63 pounds on Keto a few years back, and it wasn't clean, just very low carb.


    I'll stay away from the sodium.


    I also had several slices of deli cheese.
