My favorite is NOW's Glucosamine + Chondroiton + MSM. It's $25 for two months worth before shipping.

I've been an Olympic-style Weightlifter for the last 9 months, and squat, at a minimum, 3-4 times a week, so my joints tend to take a beating. Within about 3 weeks I experienced a significant reduction in joint discomfort, and two months in any residual joint pain is has almost completely abated.

i just ordered sportpharma joint-v - like $16 for 45 days. i've taken various glucosamine/chondroiton/msm supps over the years and haven't noticed a difference between different brands. only difference is the size/number of pills you have to take (imo)
