Which do you guys think I should give a go? Gonna be doing an hour of weights followed by an hour of cardio/bodyweight exercise with a friend and just looking for anyone to shoot me in a direction. Thanks.

Haha, WF it is. Unfortunately pre-wo's don't usually work for me (3 scoops jacked didn't do anything to me @ 140 empty stomach when my 200lb friend who had just eaten two PB+J sandwiches was going crazy with one scoop ha), but I'm optimistic about it! Best results since this is going to be two workouts with maybe a half hour or so seperating them...Take it ten mins before pre and then during? Or what?

I was a non-responder to NO Beta so personally I would go with WF.
Edit: Glad you guys at CL started offering the powdered samples! I always felt like the tabs really didn't do the product justice.Last edited by wood.aaronj; 05-12-2010 at 12:20 PM.

Ya'll's lemonade flavored stuff is my favorite flavoring of any company out there for any product...and making WF GM and PW have the same flavors making ir possible to combine them was a really smart move. No nuthugging, just saying...wish more companies did this instead of trying to come up with 748927498274 new flavors.

I'd go with NO-Beta personally. I have used both and while I did like White Flood, I have gotten the best pumps ever in the gym while using NO-Beta. So, if you are looking for the "pump" go with NO-Beta. If you are looking solely for an energy boost, go with WF, as NO-Beta has no stim.
You should take one of them and then the other on a different day and compare the 2 for us (like the above poster suggested).
Good Luck!

Just incase my queston got caught up in the flood of CF love...I'll be going from 4ish to 6:30ish today...First weights, then cardio/bodyweight. Should I chug the WF before my workout, or go half and then sip throughout? Gonna have a banana and some whey iso between and just had some whey oatmeal now so...
