    Critique my workout?

    I have been doing this workout for a few months now, seen some good results but maybe it could be tweaked...let me know, I feel like I may be doing too much compared to some of the workouts I see posted on this site, but I never get sore anymore and I usually always lift to failure....help me out

    Arms:
    21s- 3 sets
    Preacher Curls- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Standing Dumbell Curls- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Cable Curls- 2 sets, 6-8 reps. 3rd set-drop set
    Dips- 3 sets, as many as possible
    Overhead DB extensions, 3 sets 6-8 reps
    Skullcrushers- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Cable extensions- 3 sets 6-8 reps
    Reverse grip barbell curls- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Palms up dumbell wrist curls- 3 sets, 6-8 reps

    Chest:
    Barbell bench press- 3 sets at increasing weights, followed by a drop set
    Incline bench press- 3 sets, 10-12 reps
    Decline Bench Press- 3 sets 10-12 reps
    Superset flat bench dumbell press into flies- 2 sets
    Superset incline bench dumbell press into flies- 2 sets
    Pushups

    Back:
    Wide grip pullups- 3 sets, as many reps as possible
    Seated Cable rows- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Bent over barbell rows- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Dead Lifts- 3 sets, 6-8 reps

    Legs:
    Squats- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Leg Press- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Calf raises- 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Hamstring curls- 3 sets, 6-8 reps

    Abs/Cardio done pretty much everyday unless I am short on time

    Your giving arms the bulk of your attention, yet the most important muscle group, legs, is virtually being neglected in comparison. I'd reverse some of your priorities around. Unless your arms are severely lacking, a day reserved for ARMS is unnecessary.
