    About to head into basic.

Basically I have 90 days left to get my body in order for basic training. Does anyone have any tips on anything of what to do? I'm willing to accept nutrition advise, strength and conditioning exercises, even stretches to help improve.

    Background:
    Weight- 141
    Height- 57 inches
    Bench max- 185

About to be enrolled in kickboxing classes. Have already been in wrestling and in Taekwondo both. Looking for a new martial art.

Again, all information is welcome and much appriciated. Thank you so much.
    Goals:
    Learn Muay Thai (check)
    Kickboxing
Get through basic training (T-90 days)
    Make the car payments, LOL.

    Achievements:
1st nationally ranked soccer team in the nation.:) (89' boys Solar Soccer)
1st place in the Texas state wrestling tournament.:) (Let's not talk about nationals)
Let's do this! One shot one kill! Hooah!

I second the running and body weight exercises. He was giving the minimums but your goal should be shooting for that 300 on your PT test. Will help rank on the way out.
