My Tuna Lunch (Pics)

In the morning, I open up 2-4 cans of tuna.
Each can (45g protein, 210 calories)
Put 'em in a bowl, add fat free mayo. (10 calories/serving ).
Adding some veggies will make it sweet, juicy and delicious: pickles, onions, green pepper.
Then throughout the day, when I wanna eat, toast a piece of bread, pile some in and devour. Really makes tuna, nom nom nom.

I really recommend using only 1 slice of bread in your sandwich, preferrably not a thick piece of bread, so you can taste the tuna over the bread, you don't have to use a fork to get the tuna in there, just place the bread on the bowl of tuna and squeeze/wrap it around some and eat it like a man, lol.


Add mayo and the veggies, mix well.

Toasting the bread makes a huuuuuuge difference.


Bread is easy to bite into when toasted, taste the tuna a lot more.

If you put raw almonds in water, they get soft and delicious.

No, like I said, I eat them throughout the day.

But, I've eaten 100g of protein in 1 sitting plenty of times. (Ground beef+eggs+cheese)

As moist as you want it.
You can add olive oil to up the calories, lemon juice for no extra calories.
Mayo is 10 calories/table spoon.
I put 5.
If you want you can also add mayo on the bread...

anyone that says they can't stand tuna needs to try this kind. It's like a solid white filet, you have to break it apart. None of that chopped up cat-food, purple specks of cheap ****. Trust me, try this tuna and you'll never buy a different can again.
