I'm taking it before my post workout (dark matter or torrent) just because it's cheaper than glycobol and i read that it is insulin dependent so I take it before simple carbs

I think it'll be one of those products you have to test in order to know for sure it'll work for you, just like every other supp. It seems these "insulin" type products and nutrient partitioners are up and down with their ratings. I for one feel anabolic pump allows me to eat much more while keeping fat at bay, while others say it's junk. I only mention AP because it's similar to slin-sane. Glycobol is another one that i've heard mixed things about. good luck man, if it works out let us know.

i have used it once, I picked up a couple of bottles when another website had it for $13, but i keep hearing good things about it. I did have a nice arm workout the other day when I did use it.
