    Westside Shoulder Accessory Work?

In most Westside templates I read, the shoulder work is usually described as "light" and side laterals/facepulls/bent over flyes seem to be recurring. I was wondering how/if any of you incorporate various types of dumbbell presses as accessory work, and if so in what rep ranges. I notice from a log kept by AJ from Westside seems to have alot of elevated feet push-ups for high reps, could this be replacing the dumbbell work?

From my limited knowledge, people only seem to use dumbells as a replacement for ME work (~5 reps mark) or as a feeder/recovery with 100s or reps on a rest day.

    I could be wrong.

PS is your sig a GG allin quote?

On ME days I do light shoulder work (2 exercises, high volume/low intensity) and on DE days heavy shoulder work (2 exercises, low volume/high intensity, all kind of shoulder presses and such)

This tends to be what I'll do as well. I usually will do some lateral on ME day. DE/RE day will usually have a heavier press and sometimes an upright row or some type of lateral.

Somewhere I read that Louie Simmons didnt do too much overhead pressing/front delt work because of all the bench work, it would lead to overtraining. I found doing overhead pressing to be fine occasionally, but I couldnt keep it up every week.
