    Possible Diet

Alright, so i've been lifting for just over a year and my gains have been alright.. but nutrition I haven't reallycared about too much. I also have a fairly high resting metabolism (haven't calculated, but i'm assuming it's high due to junk food eating w/ little fat gain)

At the start I was 6"3, 162 pounds and now I am 6"3 184 pounds, with minimal fat gain (but still, zero attention paid to nutrition. I also realize i still look skinny and the misc/teenbb sections advice of "If you see it, eat it" doesn't help)

Usually i'll have a slurpee every two days (500ml) and sometimes a pop at night.. Probably going to cut that out though since it doesnt seem to do anything.

Right now I just want to lean bulk.. or slowly gain muscle without too much fat gain. The stickies and boyscouT's guide have helped alot.

For opti-men multi vitamins and opti-fish oil, how many tablets per day and at what times? Morning / mid day / before bed? Or all at once? Read mixed thoughts on that...

Diet time (need some holes filled (no homo)) (500ml water with each meal):

6:35am: 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of quaker oat meal, 500ml milk (1%) (what else, banana?)

10:00am: 1.5 scoops of whey protein (48gram serving), 1 handful almonds

1:00pm: 8 oz chicken breast (cooked day before) (what else for a complex carb? Could i even do two good sandwiches, such as whole bread, a type of meat, lettuce, tomato)

3:30pm: 1 scoop whey protein (32gram serving), 1 handful almonds

6:30pm: Whatever the parents cook, usually it's pretty good interms of complex carb (rice, pasta) and some type of meat + salad.

10:00pm: 1 scoop of casein protein, 500ml milk (1%), (anything else?).

    Sleep.

I've been looking at eating right at nutrition for a while, USING the search button and roaming this section. Any critique is Very much appreciated. I realize there is probably alot to add in there.

    Thanks!
